職位目的Position Objective
代理商銷售管理經理全權負責授權的中國大陸代理商和銷售代理進行的新車和舊車以及備件的銷量和相關的軟件服務。該崗位將直接向公司總裁匯報、參與銷售部門管理團隊并為團隊增加價值，同時領導并指導內部銷售管理員工的業務。
The Dealer Sales Manager has full responsibility
for the sales volumes of new and used
coaches as well as spare parts and related
soft services through authorized dealers
and sales agents on mainland China. The
Dealer Sales Manager will be reporting
directly to the President as well as participate
and add value in the Sales department
management team while providing leadership
and direction to their internal sales
administration staff.
主要職責Responsibilities
1. 管理公司與其授權代理商和銷售代理之間的業務過程；
Manage the processes between XSBC and
its authorized dealers and sales agents.
2. 分析銷售偏差并實施糾正措施；
Analyze reasons for sales deviations
and implement corrective actions.
3. 管理公司各部門與代理商銷售部門之間的業務過程；
Manage the processes between the various
XSBC departments and the Dealer Sales
department.
4. 發展新的代理商和銷售代理。
Develop new dealers and sales agents.
要求Qualifications
1. 大學本科學歷、汽車專業；
Four-year college education of Automotive
Technology.
2. 十年客車/卡車銷售工作經驗、至少擔任五年以上管理崗位。具備汽車生產經驗及零銷網絡管理；
Ten years coach/truck sales working
experience with at least 5 years in a
management position. Automotive production
experience as well as retail network management
experience is welcome.
3. 熟悉客車/卡車技術。熟練使用Microsoft辦公應用軟件。具備英語能力；
Be familiar with the technology of coaches/trucks.
High level of competency in Microsoft
office applications. English language
capability is welcome.
4. 能夠獨立工作并具團隊精神，善于溝通，積極主動，高度責任心，誠實可靠和全局的理念。

To enhance logistic customer service

要求Qualifications
1. Majored in Logistic management or
automobile application engineering. Bachelor's
degree or above;
物流管理或汽車運用工程專業畢業。本科以上學歷；
2. Familiar with EXCEL,
ACCESS, POWERPOIT, OUTLOOK. Skilled in
English reading and writing;
熟練使用EXCEL，ACCESS，POWERPORT, OUTLOOK。英語讀寫能力熟練；
3. Familiar with inventory
management and have the ability of coordinating
and management;
熟悉庫存管理，具備一定協調能力和管理能力；
4. High sense of team work
and responsibility, work proactively.

Responsible for new products development
according to the company's products development
stratagem.
按照公司產品開發戰略，完成新產品開發工作
Responsibilities主要職責
1. Establish components and whole' bus
data model accord with the requirements
on assembly, product function, shape and
cost;
在CATIA系統中，負責建立符合裝配、產品功能、外形、成本等要求的零部件及整車數據模型。
2. Transform data model
to design paper;
負責將數據模型轉化成符合制圖標準的設計圖紙；
3. Inspect and receive
new product samples, give guidelines on
sample's checkup and installation to prototype
workshop operators;
負責檢查和驗收新產品樣件，指導進行樣件鑒定和試裝工作；
4. Follow up the quality
issues of the newly developed products
on production lines, coordinate and solve
the technical problems in process;
負責新開發產品的生產線質量和工藝性跟蹤，并協調解決過程中的技術問題；
5. Assist member's of DCN
group to change products and solve customer's
special requirements;
協助DCN小組成員進行產品的更改以及客戶特殊需求的處置；
6. Participate the preparation
of BOM and update timely;
參與編制新開發產品的配套零件目錄（BOM）并給與及時更新；
7. Assist and provide technical
support to other departments;
協助并給與公司其它部門所需的技術支持，并具備強烈的產品技術保密意識。
8. Under the instruction of manager,
cooperate and carry out the requests for
technical related work from internal departments.
在產品開發經理的領導下，配合和履行公司要求的與產品技術相關的其他工作。
Qualifications要求
1. Four-year college or higher education,
automobile engineering preferred;
大學本科以上學歷，汽車工程專業為佳；
2. Experienced in bus products
and develop program; Experienced in whole
bus or components design. Good skill of
AutoCAD and Office applications, CATIA
preferred;
熟悉客車產品，了解開發程序，具有一定的整車或零部件設計工作經驗，能夠熟練操作AutoCAD繪圖軟件，Office辦公軟件等，掌握3D
繪圖軟件CATIA者為佳；
3. Familiar with
structure, performance and strength of
products; Good knowledge of Automobile,
machinery manufacturing and product making;
Familiar with relative legislation, standards,
procedures and method concerning buses
and coaches; High ability to design independently;
熟悉汽車產品結構、性能、強度，具有扎實的汽車專業基礎知識，具備良好的機械制造和產品加工工藝知識；熟悉客車產品的相關法規、標準、程序、方法，具備較強的獨立設計能力；
4. Good knowledge of English (spoken,
written); Team working and creative.
具有一定的英語溝通、書寫能力，團結同事，具有團隊工作精神，善于探索、研究和創新。

3. 為市場商業發展提供技術支持；
4. 為售后備件銷售業務提供技術支持；
5. 為代理商和用戶提供產品技術培訓支持；
6. 提供客戶滿意度周報反饋；
7. 協助擔保索賠工程師對擔保單據及舊件進行審核；
8. MQR 市場質量問題反饋，改進實施與跟蹤。
要求：
1. 大學本科學歷，機械或汽車工程專業為佳；
2. 車輛售后服務行業經驗；
3. 精通客車原理及構造，熟悉本公司產品的的結構及裝配；
4. 具有基本英語交流能力及計算機水平，有較強的溝通能力。
