　　工作職責(zé)：

　　1、全面客戶關(guān)系建立：依據(jù)海外營銷體系客戶管理政策，結(jié)合市場實際情況，通過多種渠道建立和維護客戶關(guān)系，最終實現(xiàn)全面客戶關(guān)系的建立、重點客戶關(guān)系的加強及客戶需求的滿足;

　　2、大項目推進：按照海外營銷體系大項目管理策略，主動識別大項目信息，推動大項目各環(huán)節(jié)的運行，并及時協(xié)調(diào)資源滿足大項目需求，支撐海外營銷體系大項目落地;

　　3、意向信息收集與訂單轉(zhuǎn)化：根據(jù)海外營銷體系意向信息管理規(guī)定，疏通和拓展意向信息收集渠道，并及時跟蹤意向信息，促進意向信息轉(zhuǎn)化為確定訂單，支撐銷售目標(biāo)的達成;

　　Job responsibilities

　　1. Establishment of comprehensive customer relationships: establish and maintain customer relationships through multiple channels according to the customer management policies and the actual situation of the market in a bid to ultimately achieve the establishment of comprehensive customer relationships, strengthen relationships with key customers, and meet customers’ needs;

　　2. 　　任職要求

　　1、教育背景：結(jié)合學(xué)歷認證等級等同于國內(nèi)本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工科類、語言類、市場營銷、國際經(jīng)濟與貿(mào)易、工商管理等專業(yè)，有中國留學(xué)背景者優(yōu)先;

　　2、知識技能：掌握市場分析、客戶管理、產(chǎn)品推介等銷售技能，掌握中文者優(yōu)先;

　　3、工作經(jīng)驗：3年及以上汽車行業(yè)銷售工作經(jīng)驗，具有中資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗或成功的大項目操盤經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;

　　4、素質(zhì)要求：強烈的銷售意愿與成就導(dǎo)向意識、良好的人際溝通能力、合作精神。
