of development
1993, zhengzhou Yutong completed stock holding system reform
and Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd was founded.
1997, Yutong Bus became a listed
company in Shanghai Stock Exchange. (Stock code: 600066). Yutong is the first
listed company in bus industry of China.
1998, the new factory site came
into use officially and the largest bus production base of Asia was set up.
2002,
Yutong Bus Co., Ltd set up joint venture "Lion Bus Co., Ltd" with MAN
Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd of Germany.
2004, Yutong Bus passed ISOTS16949
Quality Management System authentication, becoming the only enterprise in bus
industry of China that passed this authentication.
2005, Yutong Bus started
overseas market strategy, The export volume ranked the first in the bus industry
of China.
